Tea party

I went to my therapist again. Showed him the 'My Room' video with Matthew's comments edited out... He gave me a few recommendations for optimal sleeping and we delved into my not-so-dark past.

So I have to drink a small cup of tea at night like after dinner, and do something relaxing like read. I went by a tea shop on my way back home and picked up a tea 'infuser', some earl grey, and something called gunpowder that I'm pretty sure is green tea if I understood the tiny Asian woman correctly. Smelled good at least. I drank earl grey tonight which was actually very soothing. Strangely, I remember the smell and the taste, but for the life of me I can't remember ever drinking it.

I plan to get some local grown honey perhaps tomorrow on my way to study group. I know a guy who sells the stuff. I actually do love tea but never had a good reason to get it until now.

Do any of you have tips for good tea? I would really love to hear from someone. Sadly, I am a newbie...

  1. Try to get you some ty-phoo once it reaches its strength, it wont get any stronger, therefore its an ideal tea to let sit on the tealight..

  2. Being Scottish we do like tea here

you can get all types of tea, some strong some weak.

My personal favourite is called redbush tea.

you make the tea, let it sit for 2 mins, no longer or it gets cold.

Then you add just a dash of milk. Room temp milk!

    Lovely stuff.

    Hope this helps!

  3. I've really been enjoying my tea. Gunpowder is surprisingly good too. Thank you for the tips guys! I'll see if the store has those next time I'm over that way.
